We have always been a fully remote company. This approach has worked for us since the start as it ties into one of our core values: Autonomy. We believe in our people and their ability to manage their own schedules and workload - they set their work-life schedule, i.e., go to the gym during the day or work at night if they are night owls. We also have an unlimited leave policy as we trust our people to know what their role requires and the time needed.
